香港居民与内地居民申请在内地结婚，应提供下列合法有效的文件：
一、香港居民身份证；
二、经中华人民共和国司法部委托的香港律师辩认的香港婚姻注册处出具的婚姻状况证明和经律师证明的由申请人作出的在其他任何地方从未登记结婚的声明书；
三、在香港从事的职业或者有可靠经济来源的证明；
四、婚姻登记管理机关指定的县级以上医院出具的婚前健康检查证明书；
五、不在原籍申请结婚登记的香港居民还须由原籍乡镇人民政府、市、镇街道办事处出具的婚姻状况证明，或由内地两个了解情况的亲友为其出具无配偶的保证；
六、如果申请结婚登记的当事人离过婚的，须提供离婚证；
七、如果申请结婚的登记的当事人配偶死亡的，应出具配偶死亡证明书；
八、申请结婚登记的当事人有同居关系的，应有脱离同居关系协议书。
