USD 3500-CLAIM FROM FORWARDER Dear sir / madam
I have my own solw properitor company registered in Hong Kong
I have engaged with a freight forwarder in foshan, guangdong province,to ship my goods from china to USA.. valued around usd3500  including freight..everything paid. But they havent shipped my goods and saying all goods have lost .But no evidence for shipment proved. Kindly suggest me how to claim.. I dont know mandarin and legal proceedings.. Kindly help me to fix a lawyer in order to advocate on my behalf.  or is there email to file complaint online thru any courts also would be highly grateful.thanks.
